Business Partner – Real Estate Agencies

Role Summary:

SLICIT is on the lookout for Business Partners with a robust background in real estate, particularly in fostering relationships with real estate management companies that specialize in ultra-luxury residential properties suitable for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).  

Based in Dubai, a city known for its luxurious lifestyle and high-end properties, this role is central to enhancing SLICIT’s property portfolio by identifying and collaborating with real estate firms known for their exclusive listings, personalised service, and that offer a portfolio of properties meeting the refined tastes and high expectations of our target customers. 

The ideal candidate will excel in navigating the nuances of the ultra-luxury market, leveraging their expertise to curate and present a selection of properties from specialised firms known for their exclusive service, deep market knowledge, and focused approach. This partnership aims to synergize SLICIT’s objectives with the unique offerings of boutique agencies, ensuring a robust portfolio of ultra-luxury properties for our discerning clientele. 

Your responsibilities will extend beyond networking and direct partner engagement to include collaboration with our Expertise Investment Hub and Marketing teams, particularly with Digital Media and Social Media Managers, to craft and execute comprehensive strategies that resonate with the demographics of our target segments, and to articulate those to our Partners. 

Please note that you will be engaging not only with real estate partners within the UAE but also with large international realtors. This dual focus demands a versatile approach, balancing deep local market insight with a broad understanding of global real estate trends and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with boutique real estate agencies that align with SLICIT’s standards and clientele expectations for ultra-luxury residential properties. 
  • Leverage in-depth market knowledge and expertise to identify and secure opportunities not only within Dubai’s vibrant secondary market, focusing on properties that appeal to HNWIs, but also at international level. 
  • Coordinate with real estate agencies to ensure a seamless flow of property listings and information, optimizing the selection process for SLICIT’s clientele. 
  • Work collaboratively with SLICIT’s marketing, sales and executive teams to enhance property presentations and navigate complex transactions, ensuring the best outcomes for clients. 
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between SLICIT and partnered real estate agencies, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes client privacy, discretion, and satisfaction. 
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in working with real estate agencies, especially those managing ultra-luxury residential properties and catering to an HNWI clientele. 
  • Agency Network and Relationship Building: Ability to establish strong connections within the boutique real estate sector, with a proven ability to establish and nurture productive partnerships. 
  • Market Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the ultra-luxury real estate market, including trends, pricing, and unique property features essential for advising SLICIT and its agency partners. 
  • Strategic Sales and Marketing Alignment: Ability to synchronize SLICIT’s marketing efforts with boutique agencies’ capabilities to attract HNWIs effectively. 
  • Negotiation and Collaboration: Aptitude for facilitating negotiations and fostering collaboration between SLICIT and real estate agencies, ensuring mutual success. 
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of investment products, asset management, and the financial needs and preferences of HNWIs. 
  • Collaborative Work Ethic: Experience in collaborating with investment experts, digital media, and social media teams to produce cohesive and effective business partner acquisition strategies. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape to discuss adequately growth strategies with our Partners. 
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM software (ideally Zoho) to manage Partner information, track interactions, and report on progress. 
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is strongly advised. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in real estate or business management is highly desirable. 
  • Focus Areas: 
  • Secondary Market Prioritisation: With a primary focus on Dubai’s secondary market, remain adaptable to exploring primary market opportunities that fit SLICIT’s criteria for ultra-luxury properties. 
  • Property Value Range and Specialisation: Experience in managing transactions within the AED 25 million to over AED 200 million range, focusing on properties that embody the luxury and exclusivity HNWIs seek. 
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required to ensure effective communication across global markets. 
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Digital Marketing Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools that enhance property visibility and appeal to a global audience. 
  • International Real Estate Experience: Exposure to international real estate markets and practices, especially in handling cross-border transactions. 
  • Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions in Dubai and potentially across other key markets. 
  • Multilingual Capabilities: Proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial, considering the regional market. Additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, or Hindi are advantageous, reflecting the diversity of our Partners.
