Role Summary:

SLICIT invites you to step into the world of luxury real estate as a Luxury Real Estate Broker, focusing on serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) with unparalleled diligence and sophistication.  

This role demands not only a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market but also an exceptional ability to meet and exceed the distinct needs of a global elite clientele.  

Your mission will be to navigate the sale and acquisition of the most coveted properties worldwide, leveraging your expertise, network, and understanding of luxury to deliver an unmatched client experience.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 3 of those years dedicated specifically to the ultra-luxury segment. This experience should showcase a proven track record of successful transactions involving high-value properties, demonstrating the ability to navigate the nuances of the luxury market effectively. 
  • Proven UHNWI Transaction History: Demonstrable success in facilitating real estate transactions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with a keen understanding of their unique lifestyle and privacy needs. 
  • Portfolio of High-Value Transactions: Candidates should possess a portfolio that highlights significant sales achievements, including the sale of high-end properties, and exclusive listings.  
  • Comprehensive Luxury Market Insight: Expert knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including current global trends, high-value property appraisal, and investment opportunities. 
  • Dedicated Client Service: Commitment to offering bespoke, confidential services that foster long-term relationships with an elite clientele. 
  • Extensive High-Level Network and Client Base: A well-established network within various elite circles, and the luxury real estate sector, including connections with potential buyers, sellers, alongside influential industry contacts.  
  • Market Knowledge and Trends: Deep understanding of local and international luxury real estate markets, current trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. This knowledge is critical for advising clients accurately and strategically positioning properties in the market. 
  • Advanced Negotiation Abilities: Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favourable terms and execute strategic negotiations that satisfy the sophisticated demands of luxury property buyers and sellers, whilst maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism. 
  • Marketing and Sales Skills: Advanced skills in marketing and sales, with a focus on digital marketing strategies tailored to the luxury market. 
  • Global Perspective: Experience in cross-border transactions and understanding of global real estate practices and regulations is highly valued. 
  • Educational background: A minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.  
  • Real Estate Certification: Having previously passed the RERA broker license certification is essential, as well as being able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of real estate regulations and ethical practices. 
  • Language Proficiency: High English Fluency is essential to ensure clear, effective communication with our global clientele. 
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • International Market Experience: Familiarity with the international luxury real estate landscape, advising on worldwide investment opportunities. 
  • Experience in creating compelling property presentations, utilising high-quality visuals, and leveraging social media and other digital platforms to attract and engage affluent buyers. 
  • Cutting-Edge Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing and social media to promote luxury properties to a niche market. 
  • Advanced Education: An MBA or a Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance is highly advantageous, and critical in navigating the high-stakes luxury real estate market. 
  • Continuing Education: Ongoing participation in real estate courses, seminars, and workshops focusing on the luxury market, international real estate trends, digital marketing strategies, and customer relationship management, is seen as valuable additions.  
  • Multicultural Exposure, beneficial for communicating with international partners and understanding global market nuances. 
  • Additional Languages: Ability to converse fluently in multiple languages, particularly Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Chinese, is highly desirable to be able to engage further with an international clientele. 
  • Interior Design and Staging Knowledge: Up-to-date on interior design and staging trends to maximize property appeal.
