At the CRM Administrator at SLICIT, you will be responsible for optimising our Zoho One CRM system to support and enhance our marketing, sales, and customer service strategies. Â
This role requires a blend of technical savviness, analytical skills, and an in-depth understanding of customer data management to elevate our engagement initiatives. Â
You will be responsible for the meticulous configuration, ongoing maintenance, and strategic enhancement of the CRM, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to seamless customer interactions and efficient business processes.Â

- Zoho One Expertise: Preferably, a profound experience with Zoho One, including customization, configuration, and troubleshooting, is most preferred. Your knowledge of Zoho’s unique functionalities will be instrumental in driving our CRM strategy.Â
- Diverse CRM Platform Administration: Alternatively, an experience in administering other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot could be considered. This broader CRM platform knowledge may bring a valuable perspective to our CRM initiatives and will be taken into consideration.Â
- Data Management and Analytical Skills: Skilled in accurate CRM data management and leveraging Zoho analytics to produce insights that inform strategic decisions and foster customer engagement.Â
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in integrating Zoho or other CRM platforms with various business systems and software, with an understanding of programming for CRM customization.Â
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability in identifying and implementing CRM process enhancements to boost user experience and operational efficiency.Â
- Training and Support: Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training sessions for CRM users, maximising platform utility across the organization.Â
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, evidenced by successful CRM system upgrades, migrations, and other related projects.Â
- CRM Certifications: While Zoho One certifications are highly desirable, certifications in other CRM tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot will also be considered and will be seen as a testament to your comprehensive CRM expertise.Â
- Customer Service or Sales Background: We would welcome a background in customer-facing roles from which you will have ideally gained essential insights into CRM system features to enhance customer interaction and support business development.Â
