    Elie Milky

    Head of Branded Residences Investments​

    Elie holds a seat on the Slicit’s Advisory Board as a Non-Exec Director providing critical expertise in real estate development, hospitality management, and corporate property matters. 

    He also serves as the Vice President of Development for Radisson Hotel Group, a global company where he is pivotal in driving expansion initiatives across the Middle East and selected regions of Southern Europe. In this capacity, he aims to propel the company’s regional footprint  to more than 200 hotels and 40,000 rooms by 2030, spanning all Radisson Hotel Group’s core brands: Radisson Blu, Radisson, Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson RED, and Radisson Collection.  

    A seasoned professional with almost 20 years in the industry, Elie hails from Lebanon and possesses a rich background in development and asset management. He initially embarked on his career immersing himself in all aspects of hotel operations before zeroing in on his specializations in real estate, finance, and development. 

    Before joining Radisson Hotel Group in 2010, he was a part of HVS, the only global consulting firm dedicated to hospitality services, based both in London and Dubai, where his focus was on conducting financial valuations, ROI analyses and strategic advice.

    Elie’s rapid ascent to the VP position at Radisson Hotel Group is a testament to his capabilities, most notably his knack for cultivating long-lasting, cross-cultural relationships—a skill he has leveraged in assignments spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. 

    Known for his strategic acumen, Elie excels in executing agreements for new constructions and conversions, all while nurturing robust relationships with property owners and ensuring that the highest-quality hospitality services are provided to end-customers. He possesses a keen sense for assessing market dynamics and identifying actionable business opportunities. 

    Elie is an alumnus of the IMHI – ESSEC Business School in Paris, where he earned his MBA in International Hospitality Management with a focus on Hotel Real Estate and Finance. He also holds a BA in Hospitality Management & Tourism from Notre Dame University in Lebanon.
