    Michele is a renowned figure and seasoned expert in the luxury diamond and gemstone industry, with a career that spans more than 15 years. Her areas of expertise include high jewellery, horology, gemmology, and luxury fashion, making her a trusted advisor to family offices and high-net-worth individuals worldwide, with a focus on colored diamonds, gemstones, and high-end jewellery.

    Her journey in the diamond industry began with a foundational position in Diamond Cutting & Polishing at the Hall of Diamonds in Johannesburg, South Africa. This role provided Michele with invaluable insights and crucial experience in diamond processing, setting the stage for her subsequent career achievements.

    Michele’s expertise was further developed in Dubai, where she worked as a Gemmologist at a premier Diamond and Jewellery Trading firm. In this role, she enhanced her abilities in the acquisition and sale of precious and coloured stones, building a significant international network of suppliers and clients.

    During her tenure as a High Jewellery and High Horology Manager at Bulgari, Michele played a key role in the creation and curation of the Jannah project, a landmark collaboration with Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the UAE Royal Family. This project not only bolstered Bulgari’s brand presence and ROI in the region but also led to remarkable success in the high-end made-to-order department, significantly boosting its revenue.

    Currently, as the Director for Diamonds and Jewellery at SLICIT, Michele applies her extensive knowledge and strategic insight to manage the brand’s asset portfolio and guide its investment strategies, affirming her professional dedication and expertise in the field.
